The Role: Excellence in Luxury Retail
As a Chanel Beauty Consultant, you are the face of one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. Your primary mission is to provide an elite client experience while driving high-volume sales through personalized consultations and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and annual sales budgets.
- Tracking: Monitor both individual and counter targets daily to ensure the branch remains competitive.
- Event Execution: Lead and support counter events to drive brand engagement and sales spikes.
Brand Management & Merchandising
- Grooming Standards: Strictly adhere to Chanel’s uniform and grooming guidelines to maintain a high-end brand image.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock versus tester ratios and report out-of-stock items daily to the Retail Development Manager (RDM).
- Competitive Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activity and your store’s ranking within the mall.
Client Experience & CRM
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term loyalty and maintain a detailed database of new and existing customers via client cards.
- Service Standards: Uphold the “Chanel standard” of service, ensuring every customer feels prioritized and understood.
Administration & Teamwork
- Reporting: Complete and submit weekly tracking sheets and progress reports on time.
- Collaboration: Work with Woolworths staff and Prestige colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a successful onboarding for new team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric Certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail and specialized skincare is essential.
- Skills: Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a high-volume luxury environment.
