Job Description: Store Manager

You are responsible for the holistic management of every department—from the floor to the back office. Your goal is to uphold the brand image while driving revenue through strategic marketing, inventory control, and staff leadership. Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

  • Operational Oversight: Managing all store departments and implementing policies to minimize stock loss.
  • Financial Management: Allocating budgets, planning finances, and analyzing sales reports to generate management insights.
  • Inventory & Shrinkage: Managing shrinkage levels to meet company targets and ensuring the maintenance of high standards for all goods.
  • Sales & Marketing: Planning new ideas to increase footfall and reviewing sales targets periodically.
