Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Relevant Experience: You must have a background in a deli, retail, or food-handling environment.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of cold meats, cheeses, and general food preparation is required.
- Hygiene & Safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations, such as OSHA requirements, and safe food handling procedures is essential.
- Technical Skills: You must be able to accurately weigh products, handle cash, operate cash registers/credit card machines, and perform basic reconciliations.
