Clicks is recruiting a Wellness Assistant on a permanent basis across their North West retail stores. Operating on the front shop floor within the healthcare and supplement aisles, you will combine retail operations with consultative customer support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Consultative Customer Service: Engaging proactively with shoppers to provide accurate advice on healthcare, nutritional supplements, and sports nutrition products.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Driving healthcare sales to meet targets through active cross-selling, upselling, and brand promotion.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential Minimum Requirements:
