The Role: Authentic Style & Sales

As a part-time associate, you are responsible for more than just folding clothes; you are expected to use proactive selling techniques to identify turnover opportunities and drive the brand’s growth in the competitive East Rand retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Exceed expectations by practicing advanced selling techniques and offering genuine style advice.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to the store’s overall turnover.
- Visual Merchandising: Uphold the brand’s premium visual standards and maintain meticulous housekeeping to optimize the shopping experience.
- Stock Security: Strictly adhere to stock loss controls and security procedures to minimize “shrinkage.”
- Operational Excellence: Use Microsoft-based systems for daily administrative tasks and store operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 6 months of retail experience is required.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Background: A clear criminal record is mandatory for this role.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of current clothing trends and the outdoor lifestyle aesthetic.
