- 1 x Restaurant Manager: Full operational ownership—managing floor staff, food safety compliance, stock controls, and daily sales targets.
- 1 x Cashier: Front-counter order taking, POS navigation, cash drawer balancing, and friendly customer engagement.
- 2 x Kitchen Co-ordinators: Managing order tickets, expediting dishes from the line to waiters, and ensuring speed of service.
- 2 x Grillers: Handling meat/chicken preparation, flame grilling to exact specifications, and monitoring line waste.
- 4 x Waiters: Customer service, menu upselling, order entry, and table turnover management.
- 4 x Kitchen Assistants: Basic food prep, ingredient station setup, stock rotation (FIFO), and line support.
- 2 x Scullers: Managing the wash station, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and keeping cookware ready for line cooks.
