Key Responsibilities
- Customer Ambassadorship: Deliver a “best-in-class” experience by identifying customer needs and providing technical product solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor your individual sales performance against set targets and look for opportunities to increase sales.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest sports fashion, footwear technologies, and fitness trends.
- Stock Maintenance: Assist with replenishing stock and ensuring the sales floor is organized and ready for customers at all times.
- Loyalty Building: Focus on building long-term customer relationships and navigating any service challenges with a professional attitude.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
