Clicks Group is recruiting a Beauty Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis for their flagship Sandton City branch. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will oversee and service the entire beauty department, delivering expert skincare and makeup consultations, driving sales targets, executing visual merchandising, and building long-term customer loyalty.

Core Responsibilities:

• Consultative Customer Service: Engaging shoppers warmly, answering complex skincare and beauty questions, conducting product demonstrations, and tailoring recommendations to customer needs.

Key Objectives

Your success as a Beauty Advisor at Clicks Sandton City will be evaluated by beauty department sales growth against targets, customer satisfaction scores, stock shrinkage audit results, and Clubcard sign-up numbers. Within your first 90 days, you will be expected to:
